Located in a longtime corner pharmacy, this soda fountain is nostalgic in every way. There are newspaper articles all over one wall, showing the loyal patronage of this well-loved place. Sandwiches and burgers are the way to go. Kids will love the good old-fashioned Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The specialty here is the Hand-Dipped Chocolate Soda.

There hateful rude won't wait on no white costumers at this place of business I will not recommend this place to anyone I know not even my whit friends
Very sad to hear that in 2016 Black people are still having problems being served in White owned establishments. Crazy how we are often being accused of being divisive and here is a woman trying to spend money in an establishment that won't even serve her. That is very low.
I am not from there but after I heard how racist these people were I am never going to ever go to this place no matter what. Be glad I wasn't there cause there would have been scene and you wouldn't have liked me. And that woman would not have gotten a tip at all. Realize when you treat people that way you make not only you look bad but the business as well.
Terribly disappointed in the service provided to a black woman and her son last week. I would advise sensitivity retraining for all staff members, as well as some lessons in common decency. Blatent racism does NOT belong anywhere in this city.
