I went here today and had an MRI of my cervical spine and my lumbar spine. I was in and out with both MRIs done and a copy of them on a disc in less than 45 minutes. The ladies here are fast, professional, and courteous and I will definitely have any future studies done at this facility. Highly recommend!
Both front and back staff were welcoming and professional. Mrs. Debbie gave me an IV on this latest visit and I never felt a thing. The staff seemed eager and happy to answer any questions and concerns. I've had a few visits to the Lakeland Highlands Rd. location and each time, I was seen within just a few minutes of my appointment time. Would highly recommend!
This is not our first experience we’ve had as a family. My daughter had her shoulder mri today and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. They were so friendly on the phone to schedule, the receptionist was in a great mood upon arrival, the MRI only took About 15 minutes and we had results very quickly! We refer everyone here! MRI went just fine. Friendly staff. Had to wait about half an hour or so past my appointment time before I was called in. Was given the CD to bring to my doctor. All was good. My only complaint was that it was very very cold in the waiting room. Outside temps in Lakeland have been cold and today was about 52 degrees and we have had to use heat in our homes. I would have guessed the temp in waiting room was about 60 so was not very comfortable.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Went out of the way to get my other scan same time same visit without another appointment. Very pleased technicians were lovely to work with
