This place was phenomenal! Having a MRI is not a fun experience and can be really stressful. When I was scheduling my MRI, Melissa was very kind and helpful. She made me feel better about the whole experience. When I checked in, the front desk was SO nice. The price wasn’t bad either! The technician was so nice too! Overall, super pleased about the whole experience and any time I need to get a MRI I will go here.
I had such a smooth and pleasant experience at MRI Highland. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly I was able to get in for my appointment—scheduling was fast and easy, and there was no long wait once I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. In a season where I’ve had to chase answers, this part of my care felt like a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making the process so efficient and stress-free!
Can't rate this place high enough! They were able to get me in for imaging within a week of me calling, whereas the "other place" I had originally called couldn't see me for over a month. So I canceled that appointment and went here. Calling and making the appointment was so quick and front desk staff were pleasant and easy to talk with. The actual ultrasound was done so quick and seamless. All around it was a GREAT experience and I will only be using them from now on as well as recommending them to my friends and family.
I’ve been there for 2 MRI’s and today for an ultrasound. Everyone has been extremely pleasant to deal with and they made me feel comfortable during the process of test being done. They are the fastest MRI’s and ultrasound that I’ve had done. I’ve had plenty of these tests done before and thoroughly happy with MRI Associates as my new go to for testing needs!
Very nice and helpful administrative front staff, who got me in for a MRI the same day and time I brought in my MD referral, after explaining to them I had by trying to get in for 2 days to get a MRI. Because my MD stated they had faxed the referral 3 times and it was never received by Highland MRI. So I drove to my MD's office this am, picked up the referral and brought it in to Highland MRI myself. I have been having tmj or ent severe pain for 2 weeks.
