Everything from parking to getting to the front to checking in and getting the scan was much easier and quicker than I have experienced at the big clinics. The only bobble that I experienced was getting a voicemail less than an hour before they closed on Thursday telling me that I had to pick up oral contrast to begin drinking at 5:45 am Friday for a 7:45 am scan. I went here because Watson Clinic was a month out for an appointment. Mary was awesome, and able to get us in the same day as I called. Also told me I could pay cash outside of insurance, which was cheaper than the last time I paid with insurance. They got my son back and out in 30 minutes and I had the results the next day. Highly recommend! Highly suggest using them!
Incredible patient care. The two wonderful MRI techs who helped me, Paula and Debbie, were so kind and patient. Made my appointment painless and enjoyable! Haley, the young lady who checked me in, was incredibly pleasant and such a joy to talk to! Will absolutely be returning for all of my imaging needs!
Fast and easy! Staff was courteous and polite.i was taken into procedure area 5 minutes before my appointment time.which now a day is unheard of. Of course it pays to go prepared, no jewelry, no metal on clothing no changing into gowns 👍
Super easy experience from start to finish from the front desk to the techs and administration. The MRI tech was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Definitely will use again and highly recommend to anyone needing imaging services. Update: 2nd visit in 1 week and had another great experience. Hands down best Ultrasound tech works here too!
