This place was phenomenal! Having a MRI is not a fun experience and can be really stressful. When I was scheduling my MRI, Melissa was very kind and helpful. She made me feel better about the whole experience. When I checked in, the front desk was SO nice. The price wasn’t bad either! The technician was so nice too! Overall, super pleased about the whole experience and any time I need to get a MRI I will go here.

I had such a smooth and pleasant experience at MRI Highland. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly I was able to get in for my appointment—scheduling was fast and easy, and there was no long wait once I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. In a season where I’ve had to chase answers, this part of my care felt like a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making the process so efficient and stress-free!

Can't rate this place high enough! They were able to get me in for imaging within a week of me calling, whereas the "other place" I had originally called couldn't see me for over a month. So I canceled that appointment and went here. Calling and making the appointment was so quick and front desk staff were pleasant and easy to talk with. The actual ultrasound was done so quick and seamless. All around it was a GREAT experience and I will only be using them from now on as well as recommending them to my friends and family.

I have been going to Highlands MRI for many years now. They have been nothing but courteous, kind, and welcoming. This is a business that makes your appointment and always gets you in right on time. I have rarely ever had to wait more than 10 minutes. A couple of years ago I went to a different place here in Lakeland to get an MRI and they confused a couple of things and made a mess with my paperwork. A+ to Lakeland Highlands MRI.

I really like them I believe that was my 2nd time there. I went for an xray. They're closer to me an They're also a lot quicker in getting the results back to the Dr. I had an MRI done some time ago on the upper part of my Rt arm. I've never had an MRI done before, till I went there. They were very nice an helpful in telling me how long I had left to go for the time I was in the machine. It's quite noisy, but they do protect your hearing, with earplugs an ear muffs on top. I need anything else done, I will certainly g... read more
