The people here are some of the nicest medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. My MRI tech was a woman named Paula, and she couldn’t have been nicer or more competent. Even the people at reception were incredibly nice and personable and made the experience of checking in easy. Five stars, wholeheartedly, recommend!
I was greeted immediately after entering the reception area. After paperwork, I waited maybe a minute and was taken back for the scan. The technician was friendly and efficient, explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Both front and back staff were welcoming and professional. Mrs. Debbie gave me an IV on this latest visit and I never felt a thing. The staff seemed eager and happy to answer any questions and concerns. I've had a few visits to the Lakeland Highlands Rd. location and each time, I was seen within just a few minutes of my appointment time. Would highly recommend!
This is not our first experience we’ve had as a family. My daughter had her shoulder mri today and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. They were so friendly on the phone to schedule, the receptionist was in a great mood upon arrival, the MRI only took About 15 minutes and we had results very quickly! We refer everyone here! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this facility has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others — especially expectant mothers seeking care. I am currently pregnant, in significant pain, and have very limited options for medical imaging. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of stress, disorganization, and complete disregard for my situation.
