Generally speaking this place sucks in terms of customer service. Do not go there expecting anyone to be friendly or explain literally anything to you. My experience was that of being treated like human cattle, the tech asked me "have you ever had an MRI before?" Me: "no" them "okay". No explanation of the process, I believe they may have spoken 8-12 words to me the whole time. Excellent Staff. They went all out to accommodate me in the Lakeland office, so I didn’t have to go to Winter Haven to have my MRI shout out to the two girls who did my MRI and Scott who did my X-rays. Pleasant experience all around. Front desk girl was amazing as well. Kudos to the whole team at Lakeland
I was greeted immediately after entering the reception area. After paperwork, I waited maybe a minute and was taken back for the scan. The technician was friendly and efficient, explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Erica is amazing! She is always smiling and seems very genuine. I was in a few weeks ago after surgery and she went above and beyond. I commented on how good the mints are they have for their patients at the desk and after I left she brought me some to my car. She is such a breath of fresh air. Thank you Erica!!
People who performed the procedure where not very cordial didn’t feel comfortable with them when asked for assistance to help me up said she couldn’t because of a neck injury. If she can’t help then she should have gotten someone else. Or she shouldn’t be working in that position. Was in a lot of pain but didn’t seem to bother them after I had to use my injured arm to get off the table. The lady out front was very nice.
