I am extremely unhappy with this business and how I was treated during one of the most painful times of my life. The woman who helped me design the gravestone barely seemed to know what she was doing, which immediately made me uncomfortable, but I trusted the process because I was grieving and needed support, not stress. She was fully aware that I was waiting on insurance funds before making payment, yet she still called me specifically about the money, which felt insensitive and inappropriate given the circumstances.
