Terrible place. Rude and incompetent staff! I sent over my dr referral with the procedures I needed done. Two weeks later I come to my appointment and only one procedure was scheduled and I was told I would need to schedule it on the way out. What?!!! From the time I made the appointment to the time I came to the appointment, the staff were so rude. How can this place be so incompetent and such poor customer service?! I would not recommend this place!

The technicians are good. But the front desk people make your life so miserable, almost to the extent of not wanting to go back there ever again! They are irrational and pose as if the company is owned by their uncle! When I reached at their office, I was told that I was 5 minutes late and the receptionist cancelled my appointment straightaway! I have already looked into another imaging center and never Borg & Ide again!

Avoid horrible place especially black hair front desk rude unprofessional instead of being sorry for a mistake they did she keeps arguing second time sam situation will report this place and ask my primary not to schedule with them any more

Cynthia was terrific and explained everything about my CT scan today and that it would only 3 minutes. She also explaned what the fluid injected into my arm would feel like. Cynthia put me completely at ease.

Very bad. IF I can put minus stars I would. The office at California St, San Francisco, Ca they never answer the phone, always waiting 1 hour on phone to make an appointment, then they hang up. Then I went to location 3x, they not able to make an appointment to me. Finally, I got someone over the phone told me will call me back they never call me back. My order it been 2 months ago from my MD. I think this business better closed down, they might have staffs only sit down and picking their nose, not helping at all.

I’ve called twice trying to make an appointment for my mother’s annual mammogram screening. The first time, after waiting for over 25 minutes the person that took the call for the appointment, was rude and dismissive and kept saying we couldn’t schedule the appointment, because she never followed up with her last appointment. I kept trying. I'll NEVER go back !! Just had a CT Scan. The actual scan was fine. I asked for a CD since my Dr. asked for one. The CT scan tech said it would take 10-15 minutes to burn the CD. After 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist, who told me it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. After an hour, I asked again and anorher receptionist said it was 60% done and that I could cone back to pick it up. Shitty front desk staff! It took me 45 minutes to get an xray when there were only 2 other people ahead of me! Worst experience ever!
