Second time coming to this facility in Queens Blvd you came ahead of my scheduled appointment they make you wait for check in they tell you your appointment is at a certain time and when you show them the text and appointment they say there sorry there is always a delay the front desk needs to stop chi chatting and handle patients i will never go back to this place

I had a ct exam done back on 4/12 and the report has not been completed about a month later, I went to the doctor on Thusday , May 1st. and I had to request the day off at work to get the results and to my surprise the doctor had no report and no diagnosis for me. it was a complete waste of my time and his time since all I did was waste my time at the reception and later at the room only to be told to reschedule and contact them to request the report to be done. I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received at Lenox Hill Radiology on Myrtle Avenue on Thursday, 4/25. I arrived at 3:30pm for my 4:15pm appointment and after meeting with my doctor and being referred for a sonogram and mammogram, I was refused treatment despite having taken the day off and waiting for 45 minutes. I witnessed the unhelpful behavior of the staff towards several patients, and they did everything possible to avoid assisting them. Terrible service. The office manager treated me like a criminal because I wouldn't agree to full mouth x-rays when I didn't need them. This place is a rip-off besides the fact that they put out completely erroneous information. She actually told me that by law I had to have the x-rays and that they were the equivalent of eating a banana!

I have been a client of this establishment since 2008 I now reside in a different state called numerous times to get my results sent to my new imaging center worship Fresno has refused to send my images shame on them I would not recommend this place they do not care for women it's all about the numbers

My husband had MRIs done today at this location. The staff is absolutely professional and welcoming. They take their time to make sure you are comfortable. Donna and Harold did the MRIs. Donna was the one that went into the room and reassured my husband that they were monitoring him. They were there if he needed anything. I’ve also had MRIs here. I only wish I had found this location before because it is completely different than the other location. You will feel safe and welcomed here. I recommend this location.

If there was a 0 star option I would rate it 0. Two words: stay away! Absolutely horrible back office, never contacted my insurance for preapproval for 7 business days even though insurance informed me to ask provider give them a call and approval and codes are provided immediately. A week and a half in pain and can’t even get an MRI to figure out what is going on.

After spending three hours in a gentle chair next to Dr. Smith, I was genuinely amazed at his level of kindness, patience, and skill. I can’t imagine ever having anyone else work on my mouth.
