My experience was a 10. The office staff was very professional and made be feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door until I left. Dr. Chiu was wonderful and took great care that I was comfortable with the procedure. He was both professional and personal, which to me is the perfect combination.
My experience at Highland Family Dentistry is the best. Although I have a family member who will soon be graduating from Dental School I will remain at Highland Family Dentistry because of the excellent customer service as well as the excellent dental care. Thank you,
Before I met Dr. Chiu, I did not go to a dentist for over 15 years, until two years ago, I came to Dr. Chiu office because I had a loose tooth. Dr. Chiu immediately took me in right away without an appointment and removed my loose tooth immediately because it couldn't be saved. I have been going to this dentist for several years and the staff (Alma & Dr. Chui) are the reason I keep going back.
I have rootcanal done in this office. I was so scared because i thought its going to be painful. Amazingly, i did not feel the pain at all. Dr chiu is really gentle! I asked him tons of questions before the treatment because i was so nervous. He answered all my questions and explained to me pateintly. Oh! And i love thebfeont staffs!they are super nice and so caring!
Overall Dr Chiu is a great dentist! Pain free and great experience. Highly recommend highland family dentistry!
