Highland Family Care (Chiropractic) Terrible! Oct; 2009; At first they (Ian and Arlene Simpson) corrected ear ringing caused by a misaligned neck vertebrae from another chiropractor doing a unbalanced alignment. Then, when I wanted to stop treatment because I told them I feel fine, and do not need any more treatments; they talked me into staying longer, then started doing the same unbalanced, neck, and back misalignments that the old chiro applied that caused health problems! I have had continued dizziness and nausea. After months of ear dr. Appointments ultra sounds and heart test my sister suggested I try a chiropractor. I was told about dr. Ian and made an appointment. After two visits I notice less episodes of dizziness and now after seven visits I have no dizziness. I am pleased and so is my primary Dr. I wish I had started with Dr. Ian first.

He's care about his patients, and takes the time to make sure he is give them the best treatment.
