I have been struggling with pain from a bulging disc since March. However, after seeing Dr. Pauline Haugen and setting up a treatment plan, my pain has significantly decreased, and I am getting back to doing the things I love at CrossFit! I am looking forward to continuing the treatment plan with Pauline, as I have seen amazing progress with my back so far.
Dr. Pauline is amazing. Catherine in the front office.. outstanding. This is a healing practice.. a total body care. Do yourself a favor.. make an appointment.. even if you feel fine.. because you can always feel better!!

I've been treated by Higher Health since January 2017 and I have seen SO much improvement in my body and my alignment. I had no idea of my underlying neck, back, and hip issues and have received such great information and care. I highly recommend! I never thought I needed a chiropractor but I cannot imagine my life without one right now! Book yourself a consult to review your x-rays, you will be glad you did.
I've been seeing Dr. Pauline Haugen for over 4 years and I highly recommend her and the Higher Health team. I was introduced to Dr. Haugen at a posture workshop and learned how bad my posture was - I work at a computer all day and, at the time, I was recovering from breast cancer surgery/treatment. I have been going to Higher Health for several months now and have noticed drastic improvements in my flexibility and strength in my workouts. Pauline takes the time to help me stretch and provides valuable insight on how best to stretch, foam roll and prevent injury. Deanna is also wonderfully supportive, provides ninja-like neck adjustments. I always leave feeling relieved and oh so relaxed. Thanks to these two amazing women, at 41 I can do things I never thought possible back in my thirties.
