I used Demi Fox to purchase my home. It was not an easy purchase, multiple offers in on the property and the seller under these circumstances was taking full advantage of the situation, as of course she was fully entitled to do. Demi and her team helped us sell our home quickly with multiple offers all over the asking price. They kept us in the loop through the whole process and made it as easy as possible. We moved out of State, but I will and have referred Demi and her team to all of my friends.

Demi helped us buy and sell our home. When we were first looking, she was patient with us and literally drove us around/worked with us for over two years until we finally found the right home. She was able to get us the highest price for the house, going out of her way to make the sale. As a home inspector myself, I work with a lot of agents and used her, because I knew she would do the best job. She is not an agent that just gets the listing and moves off to get another listing.

I don't know how we could have done it without Demi! As with selling any home, issues will arise, but Demi rose to the occasion and handled every situation in the best possible way. She also did a great job marketing the property, as there were always a steady stream of potential buyers coming to view the home. Being a first time home buyer can be a pretty intimidating thing, and Demi could not have made it simpler. Together we ran through obstacles and jumped through hoops, there was definitely sweat on our brows after the whole thing, but in the end, I got the perfect place at a great and reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better realtor. She definitely fights for you and directs you toward the right thing. Honesty can be rare, but I trust her 100%. I definitely recommend her.
