Best vet clinic in Colorado Springs! Doctors and staff are superb.
I have been bringing my babies here since they opened and Dr. McKenney has cared for my babies 11 yrs now (since before this practice opened). The High Plains family are very caring and helpful in every way. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and will never take my babies anywhere else.
Recently had to take my kitty in for an abscess on his paw. From the very beginning everyone was amazing!! He had to have his leg amputated and through the whole process Dr. Teepe was great!! And so was the rest of the staff I dealt with. My baby kitty is now home and healing. Thank you guys so much!!
You do NOT give a crap about the animals you supposedly care for!!! To top it all off, your front desk person was unprofessional to say the least by hanging up on customers when they call you to try to resolve the issue. Is that your way of resolution? So sad and disappointing. Also a side note folks be careful of paying extra for the "deluxe" neutering for our dog. Cant remember if that is what you guys called it but in the end almost $500. Dr. Alison Bizzul was really sweet and compassionate taking care of our Boxer and helping us say farewell. The front desk staff are also professional and caring. It's the best place to go if you want someone who not only takes care of your pet....but cares about your pet also. Also a quick thanks to Dr. Shemerhorn who is likewise warm and professional. She was very helpful in caring for our old girl and helping us chart a course forward. These two ladies are the best.

Great experience. My puppy needed some fluids and an anti-nausea med to get to feeling better again and they were amazing.
I have been bringing all our pets to this clinic for probably 10 years or so and love the care and attention they give our pets. They have several vets there and I have seen a few of them and had great experiences with all. Thank you for all of the work you do to keep our pets happy and healthy!
