Thank you for helping us through a rough day. Our 15 year old retriever passed away unexpectantly and they were gracious to assist us even though they were not our regular vet. Appreciate the professionalism and compassion the office staff showed.

Updated review! While I still stand behind my original review, I find it to not even come close to expressing how wonderful the team at High Plains is. The entire team is nothing short of incredible; from taking care of emergencies and always going the extra mile to the obvious passion and love they have for animals, the team never ceases to amaze me. We originally came here for an eye surgery. Dr. McKenney made the whole plan and process a huge relief and we immediately switched to High Plains as our vet and could never look back! She is absolutely phenomenal with my tough dog (as well as my easy dog) and is always able to answer every single question as well as prepare me with information I might have forgotten to ask about. I can't imagine ever seeing another vet now and only wish High Plains could see human patients because I know what fantastic care I'd be getting!
