Going Vegan for the animals
I am SO stoked to hear that we finally have an ALL-VEGAN restaurant in town. The High Note Cafe has been a welcoming place to artists, queer and trans* folks, and locals of all backgrounds to come and enjoy music, art, and delicious food. Finally, Boise is catching up to the horrific realities surrounding factory farming, climate change, and plant-based diets with an emblem of ethical eating. Thank you for taking the leap and being a symbol to all that veganism is beautiful and delicious
