Horrible! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Very rude and incompetent people running this business. I received my bill today, and at the bottom it said, "Past Due. This bill must be paid in full NOW!!!!" My "past" due bill was a $10 late fee I had been wrongly charged (and cleared by them) the month before. (Think about it- did I really give them my credit card information over the phone, and insist they NOT run the last $10??? Duh.) This is now the third month in a row that our bill has been incorrect. Actually using the storage unit for less than 2 months went well, but I was told I would get my deposit within 2 weeks. It is now 3 weeks later and I have been charged another month of fees. I received a bill for the next month and called in to explain I have closed out my account and was waiting for my deposit. This bill is a mistake. They assured me that it was just an automated e-mail. I got billed anyway. So now they are holding $160 in deposits, $150 for the month I don't owe, and $63 for the month being pro-rated.
