Glad we're not in a hurry Although I'm about to lose my patience. Been here since 3:45 for a 4pm appointment. Got called back at 4:15, teeth cleaned and now we have been waiting for 40mins for the dentist to come check his teeth. After the last experience of them telling me I needed an unnecessary (after 2 more opinions) $1900 root canal, this is just unbelievable. Stop overbooking clients and schedule more than one dentist to see patients. I shall be looking at different dentists that carry our insurance.

I had a broken tooth so they got me in fast-the reason for the 2 stars. They did 2 roots canals in one day & put in temporary crowns. Those came off in 5 days-I called the next morning but they couldn’t see me. Put on the crowns 2 weeks later telling me I should have come in. Now it’s been 3 months & I’ve lost one permanent crown. A different dentist told me it shouldn’t be put back on because it’s not done right.
Hey I absolutely love coming to Higginbotham in Paragould. Libby and Shawna are always so nice and very helpful. They donât treat me like just another patient itâs like Iâm apart of their Higginbotham Family! Thank you guys so much for helping keep my teeth clean and white!!

i'm sorry, but just about all dental work i or my children have had done there, has had to be redone by our new dentist! i would not recommend at all!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! My experience today was great, Jess is always very gentle and makes sure I'm not in any discomfort. Her & Dr. White were super.
Staff is friendly and helpful....the only complaint I got they changed my appointment without my knowledge but as far as the care I got it was greatððð
