The Tacos and Bourban Spritzer are the best!! The Bartender, Jenna was awesome! Drinks were fantastic!
First visit, ordered "The General’s Favorite Chicken." ABSOLUTELY MOUTHWATERING! Loved it! Loved the waiters in their cowboy hats, the decor, the blue corn biscuits...definitely plan to return!

Hifalutin is at the top of my favorite places to go in Tucson! The owner, Moe, is so hospitable and generous...the staff is friendly and attentive...even the other regulars are easy to sit with and have a chat over a drink. The prime rib is my favorite item on their menu, it's a generous cut and reasonably priced. I often recommend their happy hour to my friends, their specialty drinks are amazing and they have great food choices for only $5. The Blackjack burger is at the top of my list at HiFalutin. It's about the best I've found in a city famous for burgers. Simple, fresh ingredients make the difference - a half-pound patty combining sirloin and chuck, and a local bakery bun. I can tell when the meat has been properly cooked, i.e. carefully hand-formed, not pressed down on the grill, cheese steam-melted, very hot surface, etc. Adding crisp leafy lettuce, tomato, red onion slice, lightly applied mayonnaise. Off the charts!
