This Place is closed. Christopher Aaron Sholtis didn't pay his employees and is currently being prosecuted by the landlord, State and previous employees. The level of negligence and lack of care to hire employees and never pay them only to use their payroll to purchase more product to sell online.
After the flood in 2011, HiDef created a wonderful home theatre for us in our rebuilt basement. So, in 2019, I went back to them for a complete HiFi set up with a Rega power amp, record player, and phone pre-amplifier. This summer I will be upgrading to a better Rega amplifier with them. One thing I particularly appreciated was that I have a bad hand tremor that makes it very difficult to fit a new cartridge. When I needed to upgrade my cartridge, I took it into the shop and Dylan installed a new Rega Exact for me.
I ordered an Onkyo RZ50 from HiDef, it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The staff was easy to work with and their recommendation was right on. Will be doing more business with them in the future!
Great audio products and service. I've stopped in store for cords as needed. It's amazing the difference high quality hdmi and aux cords provide. Install team has worked on replacing existing speakers as well as installing new outdoor rock speakers. There are a few brands of speakers that I'd really like to see added to their inventory. That's my only complaint.
