The HOA is an absolute nightmare. The one guy that works in the pool-house must be ex-police or something and acts like it. The pool and gym close at 10 pm and sometimes 11 pm, even in the heat of summer. There is no number listed to get ahold of the HOA or the company that runs it. They can issue violations and fines and never notify you of a hearing or a chance to tell your side. They have cars towed from their lots on a regular basis with no warning to residents. It’s a joke this place. Rent is high, home prices as well.
