was helping a friend call around for Apartments in the Waukesha area, to help In his relocation. This company was very helpful and painted a great picture of their complex and community. Tia is a pleasure to talk to. This location is at the top of the list.
Love the apartment and different layout options, staff is friendly and personable, appliances are new and efficient, rarely do we ever hear anybody even in the hallway, great location to basically everything, and the most “Home” feeling apartment I have ever lived in! it is such a great apartment complex and highly recommend to anyone!
I live at the Broadway Commons in Waukesha and I am absolutely thrilled by the management and beautiful conditions of the complex. Everything is very organized, well cleaned, and maintained. And maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly! The management team is amazing and it makes me love living here. Go Hannah and Jordan!

Clean & safe place do live and the property management staff is top notch!
Beyond wonderful place to live. Moved into these apartments 6 months ago and have not run into a single bit of trouble! Neighbors are friendly and staff and management are super welcoming. No better place to call home! Thanks Broadway Commons! ❤️
Fairway Meadows is a wonderful place to live. It's a quiet safe community with beautiful views of the trees and flowers. Our apartment is nice and spacious. The units are updated, the building is clean, and our neighbors are friendly. I would highly recommend this place!
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
