I chose this place after reading other positive reviews and have to say I was skeptical that any apartment complex could be as good as these reviews say it is, but am I glad I did rent here and would give it more stars if I could. Everything was well kept up and this place is so very quiet! I am not sure how they noise insulated it, but whatever they works! Tia (the manager) was fabulous to deal with before, during and after I signed the lease. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place.

RecommendedMy Fiancé and I really love it here! We are walking distance from a lot of cute little shops and restaurants and only a short drive from Sunset where I can get all of my errands done. Our garbage disposal was having a lot of issues recently and the property manager was able to come right over to get it taken care of. She is extremely helpful anytime we have any questions or concerns. We have had so many issues getting ahold of staff at our last apartment so this place and the people have really put us at ease.

I love living at Hidden Ponds and highly recommend it! I'm beginning my 2nd year here and every day I am happy that I made the decision to lease here. The building is super quiet, it's back off a main road so you don't hear traffic yet it's close to the highway. The 1 bedroom loft is the perfect space for a single person, yet I have some room to entertain. I love having friends over so I can show off the awesome view from my deck. Also out apartment manager is awesome and so sweet. I never want to move!
This is a great, clean apartment complex tucked on the Waukesha/New Berlin border. They have many layout options for you to choose from - there should be at least one layout that will fit your style perfectly. The neighborhood is safe - great to walk, run, bike, etc. - about a mile from a bike trail too. The property itself sits on a scenic piece of land with wildlife around you. I am currently renting here but I am relocating to Wausau area. Tia is a wonderful manager and is always quick to solve my issues. When I had a clogged drain or broken door handle, Tia informed Maintenece and they were there the next day to fix it. The tenants are great people and it's always quiet! I'm truly sad to be leaving.
I experienced great customer service with Tia, the manager here. She replied to my inquiry very quickly and was very helpful in answering all of my questions! This property seems absolutely beautiful I have had a very nice experience so far. 🙂
