RecommendedI have lived at Hidden Ponds for 2.5 years and found it a great place to be. The location is wonderful with everything you need and want close by but it is still quiet and has lots of nature to enjoy. The unit I was in no longer fit my needs and I let the manager Tia know. She let me know when something became available in the same building and the whole transitions couldn’t have gone more smoothly! I love my new unit and feel so comfortable here. 😃

We toured many complexes after having a bad experience at our last place. We too were shocked at the positive reviews, but i promise... Hidden Ponds IS as good as it sounds! It is quiet, peacful, clean and homey. The one minimal maintinance issue we had was handled promptly. We never hear our neighbors and have not had any complaints living in the upper level with a wild 5 year old running around constantly. The wildlife darn near walks right up to you! Quiet, clean, laundry in apartment
I visited Hidden Ponds during an event they held and was more than impressed with these apartments. The grounds, building and common areas were meticulously clean, super quiet and well maintained. The property manager is extremely personable & professional...attributes that can be hard to come by this day and age. I would absolutely recommend these apartments for friends or family looking for housing in Pewaukee.
I chose this place after reading other positive reviews and have to say I was skeptical that any apartment complex could be as good as these reviews say it is, but am I glad I did rent here and would give it more stars if I could. Everything was well kept up and this place is so very quiet! I am not sure how they noise insulated it, but whatever they works! Tia (the manager) was fabulous to deal with before, during and after I signed the lease. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place.
I have most certainly enjoyed my time here at Hidden Ponds, and I am sad to go. I would highly recommend to others. The cleanliness, the quick access to the highway, and the general ambiance made it great.
I love living at Hidden Ponds and highly recommend it! I'm beginning my 2nd year here and every day I am happy that I made the decision to lease here. The building is super quiet, it's back off a main road so you don't hear traffic yet it's close to the highway. The 1 bedroom loft is the perfect space for a single person, yet I have some room to entertain. I love having friends over so I can show off the awesome view from my deck. Also out apartment manager is awesome and so sweet. I never want to move!
I am currently renting here but I am relocating to Wausau area. Tia is a wonderful manager and is always quick to solve my issues. When I had a clogged drain or broken door handle, Tia informed Maintenece and they were there the next day to fix it. The tenants are great people and it's always quiet! I'm truly sad to be leaving.
I experienced great customer service with Tia, the manager here. She replied to my inquiry very quickly and was very helpful in answering all of my questions! This property seems absolutely beautiful I have had a very nice experience so far. 🙂
