Verified Renter I really like living at Hidden Lakes overall. There are a few things that I feel can be a little better like being able to hear your neighbors upstairs, it's pretty bad when I can hear a dog chewing a moving a bone around on the floor. I understand being able to hear a little bit cause your living in a apartment but for the money it should be sound proofed a little better. The dog park needs to be bigger, lots of people have bigger dogs and their is just not enough room for them to run around and play.I wish ... read more

Verified Renter I love all the things hidden lakes has to offer. Heated swimming pools, dog park, fitness center and sauna. They will pick your trash up daily. Washer and Dryer and fireplace in my unit. My apartment is updated and clean. The landscaping is really nice. They also offer flowers you can get in the summer. They do have storage units which are optional. It's clean and the people I have met so far have been nothing but super nice. The only downfall for me is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors.

Verified Renter I have lived here 3 years and I'm impressed with all the things extra that they do for the residents. I'm 77 years old and I plan on staying here for years more. The apartments are not sound proof but I have very good neighbors

Great Location! I have been a resident at Hidden Lakes for over 4 1/2 years and absolutely love it! Close to major highways, grocery store next door, and shopping. The valet trash service is a plus! When my family stopped by on a weekly basis they used to take my garbage to the garbage area because I am unable to. Excellent place to live This place is excellent because it's by far the most private and the best looking property in our area. Many years ago we lived at another property in the area which was ok, but not as private or as pretty as this place. The office staff on sight is always willing to help you in any way they can. We have lived here for many years, about 16 I believe. We have great neighbors, we love the pools. We couldn't be more pleased with the place we call home. Excellent place to live and stay a while! I’ve been here for six years! The community is very nice, location is accessible to everything, maintenance is quick and responsive, the staff is friendly and attentive….and the amenities you won’t find for the same price anywhere else. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I’m not sure about Greystar as a new owner in 2022. After two years under the previous management “dart” rules… I was allowed to leave after 30 days notice with no fees. Greystar removed that and is ... read more
