Well maintained Great job of keeping snow plowed away and sidewalks clear. Good equipment in fitness center and cleaned regularly during the day. Maintenance has responded quickly to 2 minor requests that I've made. I walk to the grocery store, pharmacy and several lunch spots.
What a wonderful first place to call home! My fiancée and I were looking for our first place to move in to together. We had toured a few apartments, however Hidden Lakes was our first tour. No place could compare to the professionalism and welcoming nature that Micah provided to us at Hidden Lakes. Great people, and excellent maintenance crew! There is nothing I can say more than the respect level and professional atmosphere of both the staff and the tenants in hidden lakes is amazing! This is by far the best apartment complex in the area!
Great apartment living! I just completed a 12 month lease with Hidden Lakes and thought it was a great place to live. The office staff is friendly and always very welcoming. I only had to use the maintenance services twice for very minor issues. Both times, maintenance was right on top of it and they were very friendly. The property is maintained well. Best Place To Call Home I have lived here for over 3 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. I had to call maintenance very few times for minor issues over the years. Although they were minor, they always addressed my concerns that day. I never had to wait. Beautiful landscape, amazing pools and workout center. It's like being at a resort all summer long.

Love living here!! The staff at HL are like family, they are always available to help you, no matter what. The apartments are updated, and grounds are very well kept. Two great pools for fun in the sun, along with a state of the art workout facility, which I use several times a week! And let’s not forget a cozy place for pets too! It’s close to shopping and major hwys. Why would you rent anyplace else! We love it here at HL!
I love this apartment! The apartment is really nice, I get taken care of all the time IF I have any issues. I do not think of moving anywhere else. LOVE IT!

Pleasant and pleasurable I’ve called Hidden Lakes home for 6 years. It’s a pleasant place to live. Quiet neighborhood, well kept grounds, safe environment, pleasant and kind office staff and quick response maintenance team! The amenities are pleasurable with a well equipped gym and sauna and two pools for summertime fun. The location is convenient with easy highway access and many local businesses within walking distances. Hidden Lakes is the best apartment complex in Clarkston!!
