I hate going to the dentist but I found the staff to be friendly and efficient at Hidden Lake. The building was very up to date and modern and that made my wait time fly by. They worked with my insurance so I didn't have to stress about anything. Great people, great attitudes, and great smiles.
Anyone else have an awful experience here? My mother almost called me in tears about the treatment & ridicule she received from this dental practice. She opted out of the hydro-water cleaning & wanted the regular manual cleaning. The doctor practically threatened they wouldn't accept her back as a patient if she didn't do the hydro-cleaning. This hydro-treatment wasn't covered in her plan, so she would have to pay out of pocket. They used scare tactics about her teeth falling...no thank you!!! Going to the dentist isn't fun ... read more
