This Dentist performs unnecessary treatments that are not covered by insurance. I went to this dentist 1 year and 4 months ago. It had been a while since I had last seen a dentist, and I was told by the dentist that I needed to have a lot of work done, and that my insurance should cover it. The dentist did not check if I was covered for treatment but still was able to come up with bogus “estimates” for how much my Insurance would cover. This place was great when first opened, now all they care about is trying to get you to spend money. Today was my second appointment to get my teeth cleaned the first one I waited 40 minutes today I waited 30 minutes my time is important i refuse to spend two hours for a basic cleaning. Hidden Lake get a clue your not the only dentist in town , dont take appointments you can't keep on schedule.
I love everyone that works there we will not go anywhere else.

Very friendly and caring staff. Dr.Bateman explained all of my options instead of pressuring me into a unnecessary procedure. Highly recommend!
I would never recommend anyone to this dental place! They took me for granted and used every penny they could from my insurance carrier Aetna. Procedures that were not necessary! They kept insisting on me to get a partial crown and a full crown on two back teeth that didn’t even hurt. Now I’m not the same! I can’t eat anything on my left side of my mouth. The staff and doctors are great. I love love love this practice. The First visit the doctor did my teeth because the hygienist were busy and she didn’t want to have to reschedule me. The second visit I had the hygienist Judy and she was so gentle it was the first time my jaw Did not hurt. Even the scheduling /financial department are Exceptional.
