I had my hair cut and coloured today by Kristy. I was absolutely thrilled with the professional service, colour and cut - I left with a new hairstyle and feeling fabulous . Thank you Kristy, very much appreciated.
Really disappointed with my experience. From the beginning, the customer service felt lacking and not particularly welcoming. Throughout the appointment, multiple comments were made about my thick hair which came across as negative and left me feeling uncomfortable. I am fully aware of my hair type, however I have never previously been made to feel as though it was an inconvenience or a problem. So good I went back the next year this time without a wheelchair! Same amazing experience from the trainee now a year later and in charge whilst her boss was away. My wife had her hair washed and straightened and it was the best I have ever seen on her. Well done. Well I had the opposite experience!. I was in a wheelchair but they fitted me in for a haircut, and the boss and trainee did a fantastic job. I didn't realise how 'technical' a haircut was as the boss explained things to the trainee.
