I like it here, been here since 2004. I own my home and lot rent isn't high. We have no amenities ( pool, clubhouse or playground). I think more people rent than own. Our river has become a stream so boating is unlikely. Keep cars locked my neighbor had her groceries stolen out of the back seat a few weeks ago. I miss the river, oh yes we are on top of the greenway which makes getting out in nature easy.
