Dr. Hicks was wonderful, she listened, was empathetic, and did not rush me during the appointment.
Dr Hicks always shows concern and asks questions to make sure I understand. She apologizes when it hurts and I know she cares. Her astute attention during surgery caught what would likely have caused a spreading cancer in my family.
My doctor tell me know what she was doing and how everything looked after her exam.
Dr. Hicks is always professional and delivers the highest standard of care.
Dr.Hicks goes above and beyond. I feel listened to and important. I hope she never leaves Bon Secours
