Dismissive. Curt. Rude. Unhelpful. Genuinely can't believe she spoke to someone concerned they were miscarrying in the manner that she did. Completey unacceptable. I cannot suggest strongly enough that you find a different doc.

EARLY MORNING WORKED OUT VERY WELL!
Dr Hicks is the BEST!!! This IUD installation was much less painful than it has been in the past. Dr Hicks new way of numbing is a tremendous help in the procedure as far as pain goes!
