I found the service is to be amazing. From exam to cleaning and filling I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout. The lower score is due to the fact that after asking numerous times about the costs, and what was covered I was assured that I was covered. Only to get a large bill because as it turns out they are out of network. Not only that, I had scheduled appts for my sons over spring break that I had been waiting on for a couple months. Best dentist in Prescott! Comfortable atmosphere. Dr Paul is very knowledgeable and understanding. I’ve been going here for 7 years and never a problem. Great office staff too. Highly recommend.
