Great, friendly, caring staff. I can't get over how much better I feel in the short time that I've seen Dr Herbert. The ladies in the therapy room sometimes I feel like they're part of my extended family. & the girls at the front desk you're such a joy to talk to they make me smile so much.
Just a great place all around. Everyone is so friendly and I feel confident in the care I get there.
My favorite part of being a patient at Hicks is that they don't focus on pain management, they focus on getting you moving so your body can be strong and healthy. ❤️
The staff are incredibly friendly and inviting!! They are wonderful at scheduling, so you know that if you make an appointment you will not be waiting forever to be called back, which makes planning visits so much easier. I suffer from neck pain and migraines and saw improvement almost immediately. Dr. Ferguson is efficient and listens to his patients in order to maximize the benefits of the adjustments. I would recommend them to anyone looking for chiropractic care!!!

I have been a patient here for many years and after a break, I needed to come back. I was told by the woman that answered the phone after a brief hold that Dr. Brent Hicks doesn’t see patients anymore and I would need to see another one of their practitioners. I have always trusted Dr. Brent and didn’t want to see anyone else so I didn’t make an appointment.
