TLDR; BBH Hickory Ridge has okay buildings with annoying and slimy landlords. Take caution when dealing with them. It upsets me that I have to write such a negative review of Hickory Ridge and BBH management, given that the experience living there was *generally* good up until it came time to move out. You will not get your security deposit back even if you clean the house. They charge everyone at least $200 for make up reasons even though they mention your house is clean and you will get all your deposit back. Horrible maintenance and management. Had the most horrible experience with them.

Britney is a wonderful PM. She is very hard working and accommodating. Lived here a year and a half was nice and quiet. Laundry had some issues but it was good.
These people are some lairs ya'll better look good before renting from them they'll take your deposit lying that you owe them 😡😡😡
