The Hickory Manor community is a very well managed property, is very well kept, however maintenance could use some help, ther are quite a few units here and even my own needs some minor repair work. Unfortunately, the maintenance team can’t keep up due to manpower. Overall, I’m satisfied living here.
I enjoy living here
I love the apartments, but when the rent went up to 1,201. I couldn't afford the rent.I moved out in October, but still waiting for my deposit. I called and been up there several times. Alicia told me it was sent out,but this is February and I haven't seen it yet. Alicia said she will let Ms.Taylor know and ask her to put a rush on ,but still waiting? I just got my deposit (3/31/25)They changed the price from 1,205 to 786,but thankful I got something.
