Upon moving in I was disappointed but once o talked one on one with the property manager I was feeling much better. She is working diligently to get the property to a higher standard. Things are changing. She has a vision for the property and she is making that vision a reality. Better lighting, security, new window, new doors. It is happening and I am pleased!!!!!
Since there has been a change is management, I have seen this property change drastically. The staff are absolutely wonderful, attentive and truly care about their tenants. When a maintenance request is put in, its done within a day. Both Amby and Debbie are very personable and go out of their way to make Madison Square the best it can be. I am extremely happy, and would highly recommend.
