I love this community, apartments are spacious and affordable. Very close to interstate and many restaurants. I would recommend to everyone.
i always pass those appartment,so one day i drove around and this place are beauitful,anyone should come and check it out..
Definitely would NOT recommend moving here. It's been 2 months of poor communication, terrible service, and unprofessionalism. My fiancé planned on moving me in after our upcoming wedding, but at this rate, he may not even finish out this lease. Management's only concern is perception, and they tell blatant untruths about residents and don't feel pressured to help you until you give negative feedback.
My fiancée, Tenia Miles (commented below) is correct. All this complex has done is deflect any sort of responsibility, as demonstrated in their response to Tenia, pretending that they don't know who she's referring to. This is despite the fact that I sent a while ago, to which I've received no acknowledgement. This establishment is indeed terrible. My second year and without any complaints, everything is good in this place, lighting, guarded and the maintenance service always responds to the call... buen lugar a veces es pagar un poco más pero tener un lugar tranquilo para vivir...recomendable 100%
When I first oved into the unit it was a couple things that I wasnt really pleased with. I brought it to the management and they took care of it right away. They got me what I needed as soon as possible. Im glad I picked them.
Since the new management this place has been so much better. The maintenance staff is very friendly and the property manager, Amby Davis, is a wonderful lady who does whatever she can to meet the needs of the residents.
When i first moved here i had problems with allot of things but every since ms.amby has been the office manager there is completely nothing to complain about at all she's freaking awesome and reasonable with everything she make living here a joy she rocks !!
