RecommendedI’m grateful for the almost 4 years I lived at Hickory Chase, the staff were always so sweet and helpful and every time I placed a service order, the matter was resolved soon and smooth. I also been (or rather was, before covid 19) enjoying the new gym and in the summer, the pool was my favorite place :)
During this time we can only get maintenance help if it’s an emergency. I think not being able to use my kitchen sinks and dishwasher is a problem but not to them . The calls get screened to an off site property. Cars get robbed and police are here at least once a week. Ceiling has been “fixed” 3 times but still leaks . Can’t wait for my next problem to occur with no help again. Oh and love that rent gets higher and higher but any new amenities? Ha I don’t think so

They have been great to deal with ! Very helpful and friendly! Carlos in maintenance is awesome and quick to fix anything needed ! Highly recommend
I have enjoyed my stay at Hickory Chase. The office staff has been so helpful and ALWAYS is willing to go the extra mile for me and their residents. I want to particularly thank Hailey - I have had some hard times and her sweet and helpful attitude and demeanor is always top-notch, going the extra mile to help me and understand things. I also appreciate how they are always trying to find ways to improve everything around us!
This is the worst experience for an apartment. I have two roommates,one with severe health issues, when we moved in the place was a dump. Not even cleaned. On top of that the kitchen was falling apart and still is. There is also some kind of bug problem with damages. Along with water damages in certain spot's in the apartment which has lead too possible mold. We are having too live out of boxes. Codes has been contacted about all of this.
