WOW!! The staff at this hotel is amazing...they have gone above and beyond to make our return visit even better than our stay last year! Our oceanfront room could not be more beautiful and they had it ready early since we arrived well before check in!! We returned to celebrate our Anniversary at this amazing hotel with a staff that truly love their guests! Champagne being delivered to our room was a beautiful surprise!! We could not imagine spending our future Anniversaries anywhere else but here!
Service is awesome very attentive and staff is very polite.
Econolodge service at Marriott resort prices. I really feel sorry for the restaurant wait staff. They were short 2 or 3 Thursday 7/13 and the kitchen did them no favors. It took just short of an hour for the kitchen to prepare a chicken wrap and a salad. We just about left. Supposedly one kitchen for all the restaurants on site. Although the restaurant service was slow, it is a nice facility and I would consider going back, but if I ate on site it would only be at off-peak times.
Lovely location and we had beautiful ocean view room. The pool bar and outside by the pool is nice. Turned off by the charged of $40 to be on the wooden loungers under the umbrellas... there was no sign close by. A few steps down on the lower area there in the garden wall “no public in this area.” We are guest not the public of somewhere else. The level of customer service was not up to par. The pool attendants were very rude. The resort was beautiful and clean!
Very disappointed in our last stay. Tipped $10 cash poolside to our waiter then realized he added a tip to our bill too. When I called to inquire I was asked if we closed our tab out which we didn’t. Then I was told that if the tab is not closed out waiters will add a tip. Just wow... I’m a rewards member and a vacation club member and I feel that this is unacceptable. Great place to vacation for sure going back
Great from the beginning to the end. Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful pool (oasis) which was relaxing. Appreciated the bar service around the pool for food and drinks. All the staff was professional, friendly, courteous with smiles all day long.
