Very disappointed in our last stay. Tipped $10 cash poolside to our waiter then realized he added a tip to our bill too. When I called to inquire I was asked if we closed our tab out which we didn’t. Then I was told that if the tab is not closed out waiters will add a tip. Just wow... I’m a rewards member and a vacation club member and I feel that this is unacceptable. Always enjoy our yearly vacation here. Good beach for swimming. Tasty cocktails and good views from the room.
The restaurant was understaffed for the night. Multiple tables waited over 1 hour to be served (or even having orders taken) without even being offered bread. Management said they were overwhelmed with bar traffic, room service, and a party. I believe the management was ineffective.

This Resort was awesome! I want to give a huge Shout out to Kylie who was one of the servers.She was Awesome! The service was great at Ocean Blue and The Cove at the pool. Great way to celebrate July 4th 2018!
Our stay was so amazing! There is so much to do and see throughout the large resort. We enjoyed ever moment, and can not wait to come back!
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The shower is to die for.😊 I will stay here again.

One of my favorite Marriott locations! We’ve stayed here several times and have always found the staff to be friendly & helpful. The property is very well cared for. Hibiscus Spa is great!
