It was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel don't book at this hotel. The front desk girl just lied to us and disrespectful.I was with a group of people we were humiliated.
Staying here on business. The setting is beautiful! The food is excellent and the room is spacious. Very nice and I will return.
The pools, rooms and beach are nice, however between the many hidden fees, people they expect you to tip, and overpriced food and drinks, you could go stay at a Sandal's All Inclusive resort for the same price which is far nicer. Won't be staying here again.
We have come here the last 4 years. We like the place, and the staff is wonderful. I don't like their resort fee or parking charge, but they re-did the rooms this past year and it is very nice. We will come back again.
