great prices nice people, but sitting for 5 1/2 hours for a flat tire is beyond rediculous.
I sat for one 1 1/2 hours waiting to get tire fix so bought two tires was told it would be 45 minutes well needless to say we are still waiting
I use to trust this place but just get the oh we ran out of time so we cant finish your vehicle today...we sit there for hours just to get the oil changed they have gone downhill as far as service
I bought my tires here but it is always a wait to get service at the Tulsa Hills location. I walked in at 8am today to see if there was a nail in my tire and told them there was a vibration if they had time. They said sure checked me in and said give us 1.5 hours because of the vibration. I said great so I left and came back. Upon arrival, my car had not been moved or touched and the worker said oh your car will not be ready for a long time. my car was was treated with disrespect. The seating was messed with, environmental controls were messed with, the vents were messed, and the tire that was replaced was covered in grease all over the rims they did not clean it and the tire was not balanced; I found that out after driving it home. it took him over 3 hours to replace the tire and the final thing is that when they showed me the damaged Tire it could have easily been patched but they told me it was impossible there's no way I would ever go back to your establishm... read more
