Went to HTP in Moore were there is no mask mandate. After waiting to be helped I was told I would have to wear a mask. I refused to do so and replied that I would be happy to go elsewhere to buy a tire. I was told to wait outside and he would help me there. After 5 minutes of being ignored I drove across the road to Firestone and was helped without any discussion of masking. No more Hibdons for me.
Every time I have made an appointment to get my vehicle looked at and have made the hour drive In I get the “oh well we are behind and have to reschedule” bs. This has been on going for a month. Absolutely ridiculous 10/10 would not recommend.
I could not be more upset with my experience at your Tulsa Hills location. I took my car in for a flat tire, was told I need a new tire so I had you replace all 4. Then I got a call and was told it needed to be aligned and that it was an additional $82 (which by the way should be free with the purchase of 4 new tires because the last thing a customer wants is to pay an additional amount once they’ve already spent nearly $800). Too far away! Over 1000 miles! But if they were in S. CA, I would consider it.
I've been buying tires at the 41st Street store for over 20 years. A tire that I had taken in to be repaired was put back on my car, with the screw still in it, and no patch. (I just assumed they had fixed it...I didn't look for the patch/puncture.) I went back to the store to ask them to look at the tire. RecommendedLots of negative reviews on here because people didn't do as advised on the website and call the morning of to verify if you have an appointment or not. I was in today (7-19-2020) for a set of tires. I made a reservation but called right when they opened to double check. The young lady that answered explained to me it was first come, first serve.
