I brought my car in to have the tires rotated and was told it would be at least 2.5 hrs, so I waited 2.5 later I asked the same girl how much longer and was told she would check but told me she said it would be several hours, I told her no thats not what she had said..she proceeded to argue with me about what she had said. Poor customer and slowest service of any place around! SILLY ME SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ROBERTSON TIRES
I arrived 15 minutes early for an appointment that I made online. I was told "we aren't doing online reservations right now". I told her the website took my reservation and showed her the reservation number. she then told me that it wasn't a confirmation number. I also pointed out that the reservation said I would be called if my reservation wasn't available which I never was. I had an appointment for 4 tires at 4pm today. When I arrived I was told that they wouldn't be able to get me in until at least 6pm. I took off work early to get tires. What good does making an appointment do if you still have to wait behind all the walk ins? I will definitely not be back.
RecommendedGood people and great prices. Will go there again. I have 4 cars and always used Discount Tires. I lost faith with them.
Hibdon tires is ok. The tulsa hills location is awful. I was there from 10 a.m. until 2:30. Totally ridiculous wait time.
The wait is horrible.... Stay far away.
Great customer service. Had a flat right before they closed on the day before Thanksgiving. The girl was very friendly and said don’t worry about it we will get you taken care of. Thank you!!!
very slow service, will let you know it will be done in two hours but not techs walking around instead of working
