Finally have the old Hut back! It was my favorite place in college so I was really disappointed when they closed. When they reopened in the new location I was thrilled until I heard the quality wasn't there. Now that it's under new management again the quality and menu are back to their old standards. The sea bass and jambalaya were awesome, and I've been missing that tiger sauce! I will definitely be frequenting Hibachi Hut again!

I am from Louisiana and I went there today with it being Good Friday to get some good seafood. I was very disappointed, like I am with any other Cajun/creole restaurant that I go to that isn't at home. I ordered a shrimp poboy. I think it was 2 shrimp (maybe) and the wrong type of breading and no seasoning was used. Very little remoulade and it didn't have any flavor. We also ordered peel and eat shrimp with coleslaw. Shrimp was covered with seasoning like it was cooked in it but there wasn't any flavor in that either. The b... read more

Delicious food, great service, even on a busy night. The wait staff was pleasant, the manager stopped by to greet us. I had the shrimp creole and jalapeno hush puppies. I cannot wait to go again.

I had not been to hibachi hut in probably 3 years and I went last week. It took a long time to get our food and it was not busy at all. And I got a sandwich and side which was 11 dollars and I didn't feel like it was worth that. The food tasted good but I wasn't blown away. And my friends grilled chicken sandwich was burnt. There were several parts of the chicken she had to pick apart. Disappointing experience.

I'd been a long time customer but hadn't been there for about 10 years. I was very disappointed in the red beans and rice and the jambalaya didn't taste like any jambalaya I've tasted before. Cajun food should be robust with flavor and my order rated 0 for flavor. Service was average. Male sever talked so soft I couldn't hardly hear him and prices were definitely too high for the quality of food. I'll have to hold on to the good memories of the old Hibachi because it no longer exists.
