Went to Hibachi Hut last night...it was spectacular! I had the shrimp and steamed rice which I plan to order again! Service was great too with the place being packed!
Glad to have Bud and Bobby back in the kitchen. The red beans and rice are just like back in the day. The blackened fish was awesome.
Kudos to Bud and Bobby for bringing the Hut back to life! Scott loved the gumbo, Tiger Wings were delicious and one bite of the bread pudding took me back 20 years!
Always incredible. Glad to see them open again after renovation. My wife and I love Cajun and spice...the gumbo nailed it and the catfish were perfect. Owner came out and visited with us, which enhanced our experience. It's a "Must Go"...

So happy to see the old recipes again! Missed the gumbo and Johns Spicy Shrimp. Must try the flask of Voodoo Violet. Yummy!
Yesterday I had a cup of Gumbo, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, a cold beer and great conversation with friends! Just like 30 years ago in Aggieville. Way to go Bud and Bobby!
