Had a few cocktails with friends on the patio with the firepit going. Very cozy atmosphere. Karaoke was a bonus on Friday night. The staff was friendly, too.
Wow. Service is awful! I complained about what was wrong, talking respectively and the waitress basically blamed me or someone else. Food awful. Under cooked fish. Small portions. Never coming here again.
Excellent Cream of Reuben Soup! The deep fried fish Delish; Disappointed in the ice cream scoop of potato salad.... very bland flavor; baked fish proportion very small, but taste was fair; friendly staff and cozy atmosphere
Mixed feelings. First we called late afternoon to find out if we made reservation for 8pm if we'd be safe still getting prime rib or if we could set aside 4 and we were assured "you'll be fine. We never run out". We made reservation for 730 just to be safe...you see where this is going.....they only had 2regular pieces left. We ended up staying. 3 got ri. Eyes which were very grisly- poor. It is hard to say what we will have left when running our specials we just don't know and can't predict what we will have remaining at certain times of the evening. I apologize for you guys feeling mislead. Unfortunately, we cannot set food aside our specials that we run are first come. I also, could not be at Hiawatha Saturday evening as we had a private catering event that I had to assist with.
