Almost 2yrs ago Hi-Tech treated my home and property...today I am having the flooring..carpet and laminate flooring replaced...when they pulled the laminate flooring up...they saw that the termites left a trail and where they left a trail the termites ate the plastic sheeting as well as parts of the laminate flooring...the best news I can tell you is that the treatment Hi-Tech used did its job...there was no live termites moving about...i am glad that Sidney Naranjo did a great job of allaying all my concerns in the beginnin... read more
We've been using Hi-Tech since 1997 and for at least the last 20 years, David Biacsi has been the licensed inspector coming to our home annually. David is always professional, efficient and provides detailed information on any issues he may discover. We highly recommend Hi-Tech and appreciate having David perform our inspection each year.
