Video checked the lines and replaced a bad toilet. Had to replace the new toilet because it did not fit right. Came back and replaced it and everything is fine now.
I had a slab gas leak. After several other "experts" evaluated my issues, I felt Hi-Tech was the best option. After several options were discussed, I was sure this was the company to use. The techs were friendly, professional and ultimately executed the best solution for my issue. They replaced all my gas pipes, which was necessary. Very professional, arrived on time, and very personable in explaining what they were doing.
We had sewer back up into our shower, bathtub, and both toilets. I called another company that had worked on our furnace because their website said they also did plumbing. We called them by 10 a.m. and they arrived at 4 p.m. They used a drain auger in the clean out valve, then told me I needed a new sewer line. But, their company did not replace sewer lines, charged me $182 and I still had major clog! So, please do not make the mistake I made!
