From the start everyone at Hi-Tech was very helpful. Trenton came out for the initial leak detection and was very friendly and knowledgeable and set me up for service the next business day. Kyle Aplin came out and was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Worst customer service from the office staff point of view. Had work done on 5/19 and still have yet to receive a copy of my invoice . Left 2 messages for the workers and never got a call back. Damn sure got their money though !!

Canât tell you how much I appreciate this company and especially Kyle!!! He worked nearly 12 hours on our slab leak(s) on a Saturday - he found a second leak - informed and showed us the issues, and then didnât leave until it was fixed and even cleaned up!!! Cost was expensive but it was reasonable and a lot cheaper than another company we had called on Friday - felt like we were being taken advantage of.
