H&H have been great. No complaints. I would recommend them to anybody.
Only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is lack of customer service, the technicians have all done fine work and I think the service is top notch. Just get on top of returning phone calls and being available and you'll be there.
Jason came and inspected my house for bed bugs. He wasn't knowledgeable at all. I knew more than he did. I paid $75 for nothing! Now Anthony tells me "well, we can do a heat treatments for $1100. Okay, well NO! I am so made that I got ripped off!
I've known multiple people in this company from owner to employees & they are some of the most upright people I know. I'd trust them with any job and to always be fair and honest. I'd recommend them to anyone from a small home owner to a large hotel chain, they do it all & will take care of you.
