They have always done a great job any time I've needed them for my furnace. Recently i contacted them on a saturday evening. They came out the very next morning. Fixed my problem in an hour and didnt over charge. I would definitely reccomend this company. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, fair priced, and overall amazing!!!!
The folks at HGH did a fantastic job. From the estimate to the finished work they were polite and professional. They arrived on time and kept everything clean. When finished they took the time to explain the new system. Will definitely use again.
Had Chris to my house today to double check another company's analysis that I had a cracked heat exchanger. The other company's recommendation was to replace the entire furnace which would be about $4,000. Chris came out and and confirmed that there was no crack in the heat exchanger and ran multiple tests to ensure everything was working properly. I'm glad I got a second opinion with HGH. Thanks for your great ethics. You have certainly earned a customer for life.
Everything went as promised from getting an estimate to the actual installation. This a good company with skilled techs. The owner even comes out to take the measurements and look at your system...how often does that happen? I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade an old system. The swapout went quickly with no disruption for us.
Contacted Jim Hobbs of HGH for installation of the needed gas line connections to convert a wood burning fireplace to gas. He sent out Matt Kavanaugh and Dave Ddillow to accomplish same. These guys are very knowledgeable, polite and efficient and explained the process to me very clearly. Very happy with this service and highly recommend this company and in particular Matt and Dave.
I wouldn't recommend any other HVAC company. Always friendly, reliable, reputable, and reasonable - can't ask for more than that in a contractor and that's not easy to find!
