RecommendedI have a service plan with HGH, DJ is always great when he arrives to checks things out. He had a mask and gloves on when he arrived. We have always had great service from all. We would never use anyone else.
I would highly recommend this company. Matt and Christian were extremely courteous, they left my home just like the found it, no mess for me to clean up. Matt thoroughly explained everything that was done and that I should feel free to contact them if I have any issues.

Our water heater burst last night - not a great way to start the day! HGH came right out, took care of getting the replacement installed, and could not have been more professional, kind and thorough. We are in the middle of a national pandemic, and Mike and Adam were absolutely incredible today! I am beyond grateful. We got a new Furance and Heat Pump installed by HGH recently. They were on time, courteous, professional, and efficient. We could not ask for more from their great team. Appreciate DJ going over our new thermostat with us too. We would definitely recommend HGH for both new installs and service.
HGH mechanical (DJ Eck) did a great job servicing our 20 year old gas furnace today. He was prompt, very courteous, and knowledgeable. It took him literally seconds to determine why our furnace was causing a mis-fire on the starter sensor. He took the time to explain what he did and showed me what to look for if the furnace was not working properly.
After two chimney fires, we decided to switch to gas. Jim Hobbs was very knowledgeable and helpful during our transition. Matt and Christian came out to put the gas line in. I was told they would be there after 12 and arrived at 12:03! The work was done very proficiently and professionally. Matt and Christian were extremely friendly and very easy to talk to. Thanks, guys!
We had a free standing vented gas fireplace installed by Matt and Christian and they did a 5 star install. Very professional and friendly. I will keep HGH Mechanical in mind for future projects.
