I will probably use Howard again for more renovations.
Howard was "bigger than life" to work with and our electrician Tony was absolutely fantastic! Great to work with all the way around!
Howard sent someone to estimate the job, and he did not provide an estimate, despite various requests. He then sent his workers one day, and they performed the work. I asked him for an invoice and the total many times after he completed the job, and he told me that he had not calculated the total. About a month after the job was completed, he called to inform me of a price that was about 30% more than what I consider to be market price. VERY POOR WAY of doing business. I guess he is not interested in customer retention.
I would recommend this company for any contracting needs and intend to use them again for future renovations.
